Most products featured on Pots & Seeds link to Amazon, where the purchase is completed. For these orders, shipping and returns are handled entirely by Amazon.

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
• Amazon Prime eligible items: 1–2 business days
• Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout on Amazon
• Returns: most items within 30 days of delivery via Amazon’s Returns Centre
• Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after Amazon receives the returned item

Products purchased directly on Pots & Seeds

For any products sold directly through this store, we offer the following policy:

• Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
• How to initiate a return: Email us at potsandseeds@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
• Shipping costs: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
